F/A-18C Hornet (VFA-22 "Fighting Redcocks") - Hasegawa 1:72

Pictures of completed aircraft. I used the sidewinders, LST/SCAM and FLIR pods from the kit, and added two GBU-31 JDAM's and a GBU-12 from the Hasegawa Weapons Sets #12 & #11 respectively. The decals are from the excellent Twobobs sheet #72016. After a Klear/Future coat was applied over the decals, I applied a Burnt Sienna Oil wash. After curing for a few days I applied a Pollyscale Flat Varnish. All other paints used were Humbrol enamels. The Clear stand was from Airfix.
